Whistleblowing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The aim of “E. PAIRIS SA” group of companies is to always operate in accordance with the principles and values outlined in the Code of Ethics and Conduct, applicable legislation, as well as any internal policies it has established. In this context, and in compliance with European Directive 2019\/1937 and Law 4990\/2022, we have established communication channels to allow any behaviors, practices, and tactics that are contrary to our operational axes to be brought to our attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you become aware of any act that contradicts our Code of Ethics and Conduct, applicable legislation, or our policies, we kindly ask you to report it to us. Specifically, but not exclusively, we ask you to report cases of misconduct, fraud, omissions, or violations regarding the regulations, policies, and procedures of our group of companies. This includes acts involving gross negligence, acts that compromise the purpose and reputation of the Company, conflicts of interest, acts that endanger the safety of employees, acts related to the offering and\/or acceptance of bribery, and acts that harm the environment.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Our whistleblowing system ensures the confidentiality and privacy of these reports, as well as the protection of anyone who expresses concerns, provides indications, or submits evidence regarding any violation of our Code of Ethics and Conduct, the applicable legislation, or our policies.
