Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Using the EBM production method, which includes the capability of producing multilayer bottles (Co-Ex) with up to six layers, the material is heated and formed into a tube before being placed into a blow mold. Once the tube is in the mold, it is inflated to take its final shape. This manufacturing technique is versatile and can be used for nearly any plastic bottle or container intended for household or professional products, cosmetics, beverages, food, as well as pesticides or oils\/lubricants. The types of plastics used in this method include HDPE, LDPE, and PP.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Injection Molding (IM)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once the tube is in the mold, it is inflated to take its final shape. This manufacturing technique is versatile and can be used for nearly any plastic bottle or container intended for household or professional products, cosmetics, beverages, food, as well as pesticides or oils\/lubricants. The types of plastics used in this method include HDPE, LDPE, and PP.

This method is primarily used for manufacturing caps, preforms, or any other detachable plastic component of the packaging, such as handles. The types of plastics commonly used in this method are PP and PE. In the 1-stage ISBM production method, the final product is produced within the same machine.
