Mr. Dimitrios Goumas is an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors since January 2024. He is a graduate of the Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and holds a master’s degree from the University of Strathclyde. He has worked as a technical director, technical supervisor and engineer supervisor in shipping companies from 2010 until today where he works as a Senior Technical Supervisor in a Shipping Company. His professional background on several subjects, such as handling the annual budget, control of operating costs, supervision of repairs and maintenance, has provided the necessary experience and knowledge in matters of the company’s subject matter.
