Our technical team undertakes and executes the design of packaging products, with the main objective of meeting the needs of our partners. Our years of experience allow us to design products that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, safe, and efficient, using the appropriate materials according to the product to be packaged. During this stage, there is continuous communication with our partners, in order to propose improvements to the existing idea or to refine the design according to their guidelines and ideas.
Pre-Production procedure
Upon completion of the design, we proceed with the construction of a prototype mold for sample production. These samples are sent to our partner for testing and approval, provided that they successfully pass all the anticipated stages of quality control within our company.
Design / construction of the mold
Upon approval from our partner, the production mold is designed and fabricated according to the agreed specifications. Our years of experience and modern manufacturing techniques ensure the fastest, most efficient, and cost-effective production for our partners. Molds for exclusive codes are the property of our partners, although they can be modified in the future if required.
Initiation of the production process
Following the construction of the mold, the product is immediately scheduled for production according to the quantities and delivery times desired by our partner. We remain consultative alongside our partner to address any new needs that may arise.
