In 2001 the acquisition of its competitive company POLYPACK S.A. takes place. In the same year, additional lines for the production of litter bags are installed.

In 2002 E. PAIRIS S.A. sets up a joint venture along with ELOPAK PLASTIC SYSTEMS (a Norwegian colossal company in the field of cartonpack and plastic packing) under the name ELOPAK PLASTIC SYSTEM HELLAS S.A. This new manufacturing unit is located in Aeginion of Pieria in Northern Greece producing plastic bottles and closures for milk and juices.
